Requirements:

• Proven experience as an NLP Engineer or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of natural language processing techniques and frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong knowledge of linguistic principles and text mining.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed computing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement natural language processing algorithms and models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP components into our products.
• Analyze and preprocess large volumes of text data to extract meaningful insights.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in NLP and implement best practices.
• Work closely with data scientists and software engineers to deploy NLP solutions at scale.
• Evaluate and benchmark existing NLP models and algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Published research papers or contributions to the NLP community.
• Experience with deep learning architectures for NLP tasks.
• Knowledge of sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and language modeling.
• Familiarity with tools like SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face Transformers.
