Mindoo AI was founded in 2023 by a group of recruiters who had worked together for years across different parts of the hiring cycle, from market mapping and sourcing to selection support and hiring decisions. After repeatedly being pulled in by long-term clients for urgent, hard-to-fill roles, we decided to build a focused recruitment partner rather than operate as individuals. What motivates us is simple: help teams hire the people who keep delivery moving, without wasting time on low-fit interviews.

Our name and infinity mark reflect how we work. We care about consistency and long-term relationships, not one-off wins. We keep an active pool of high-quality passive candidates who rarely show up on the open market, and we stay in touch long before a role is live. This ongoing work gives our clients a real advantage when the pipeline is thin, timelines are tight, and the right candidate is hard to reach.

We are a specialist tech recruitment partner for iGaming and FinTech companies. We support founders, CTOs, and TA leaders through two engagement models: pay per hire for occasional hiring needs, and an embedded in-house recruiter setup for hiring campaigns. We also offer candidate assessment and selection support delivered by a certified psychologist for high-impact roles where a wrong hire can slow delivery.
